Founded in 2013, we offerGroup sessions and private classesPilates studio nestled in Victoria Park Harriers complex.Our studio is ideal for beginners, older adults, and individuals with chronic pain or injuries. It offers specialized Mat and Resistance-based training for tailored support.

Our studio provides various Pilates equipment, like Towers, Cadillac, Reformers, Wunda Chairs, and a Ladder Barrel, all accessible in classes with no extra fee.

We’re nota Reformer Studio and offersJoin our group Reformer classes for personalized training in Pilates. Benefit from a client-centered approach with tailored exercises in 1:1 or 2:1 sessions.

With mature, skilled instructors offering the Top-notch Pilates teaching at fair prices, Benefit from a team with extensive experience in Pilates and Movement Coaching.

  • Private studio session with instructor offered for one hour.
  • Gear: Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Barrel.
  • Customized for you (1:1) or with a friend/partner (2:1)
